Pricing questions
- What exactly does Meta charge for?
- Meta bills per 24-hour conversation, at rates that depend on the category and the country. Those rates are published by Meta and can change; we always point you to Meta's own pricing page rather than quoting numbers that may be out of date.
- What happens if I pass my monthly quota?
- Campaign sending pauses for the rest of the month and admins are notified — and if the AI reaches its cap it stops answering while your team keeps working. Live replies from humans are never blocked by a quota.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Plans are monthly volumes, not contracts on features, so moving up or down takes effect for the following month.
